Successful Capital Increase for the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund

, , , 4 Nov 2024

Following its recent capital increase and the conclusion of the subscription period on October 30, 2024, Dominicé is pleased to announce that the operation was a complete success. All 462,500 newly issued shares were fully subscribed, representing a total amount of CHF 57.35 million. These new shares will be issued and listed on November 6, 2024, on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The raised capital will be allocated to:

  • The acquisition of two residential buildings in Versoix and Lausanne, estimated at CHF 39 million.
  • Seven construction and renovation projects, with an estimated investment volume of CHF 21 million and a medium-term return on investment (ROI) of 4.70%.
  • Reducing the target debt ratio to 27-29% to support the fund’s continued growth.

In 2024, DSPF conducted three fundraises and one SWAP, totaling a gross amount of CHF 145 million. The success of these operations demonstrates the relevance of its real estate strategy, strong investor confidence from both existing and new participants, and the growing recognition of the DSPF fund in the markets.
