Fundraising of CHF 57 million in Autumn 2024

Following the success of our previous capital increases and in response to our investors’ growing interest, DSPF announces a new fundraising initiative amounting to approximately CHF 57 million, scheduled for late October/early November 2024. The funds raised will be allocated to ambitious projects, including the acquisition of new residential properties, the densification of our existing real estate portfolio, and enhancements in energy efficiency.

At the same time, DSPF will maintain a strategic level of indebtedness to support its expansion in key cities of Western Switzerland. In 2025, we plan to focus on consolidating our real estate portfolio and optimizing its performance while remaining attentive to potential investment opportunities.

With the strength of our management and a proactive approach, we face this next phase with confidence, determined to continue delivering attractive returns for our investors.

Details regarding the issue price and conditions will be disclosed mid October 2024.

The fund management reserves the right to postpone the capital increase depending on market developments.
