At Dominicé we focus on countries that have solid legal and regulatory infrastructure where the shareholder interests are strongly defended. In addition to strong governance, a company’s ability to create synergies across the business lines and deploy its business on a global scale is of utmost importance, as it leads to superior profitability. We tend to invest in multinational companies that not only provide exposure to developed markets, but also to emerging markets through their subsidiaries in the developing countries. The country allocation of our investment strategies is relatively stable over time, mainly based in the US and Europe.
