Dominicé’s Real Estate Team is Expanding

10 May 2023

Dominicé is pleased to announce the recent addition of two experienced managers to its real estate team. Maureen du Sordet joined the company as Project Manager in February, while Marie Lemaître assumed the role of Finance Manager in March. Their arrival reinforces the existing team and facilitates the growth of the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF). Their complementary expertise and experience will strengthen the fund’s positioning in terms of performance, value creation and portfolio development.

Marie Lemaître‘s experience in finance, controlling and auditing, gained in international companies, makes her an invaluable asset to the team as a Finance Manager. Her expertise will contribute to optimisation of the fund’s internal processes, portfolio valuation and financial projections, ensuring consistent long-term returns for the investors.

Maureen du Sordet will take charge of densification and renovation projects. As an engineer and project manager, she is responsible for analysing the development potential of existing buildings and optimizing the portfolio through active management of value-creating projects.

They will work alongside Fabrice Morel, Asset Manager, who joined the team in April 2022. With over 20 years of experience in property management, he oversees the implementation of the policy to increase the value of the real estate portfolio through active supervision of the buildings.

Diego Reyes, senior manager of the DSPF, welcomed the new team, saying:

“Together, they form a motivated, multidisciplinary, and complementary team that will allow us to strengthen the value chain and achieve the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund’s ambitious goals in terms of growth and value creation for its investors.”
